REMHA Power Conditioning Camps

River East Minor Hockey will once again be hosting a number of Hockey Camps this year. 

Please note that all 8 year old players attend the August-September Development Camp.  The fall Development Camp is restricted to players 7 and under.  Players 7 and Under will be assigned to a Fall Development Camp after registration.

Power Camp Schedules will be posted on the site and emailed a few days after the August 17th deadline for registrations.

On ice instruction will be provided by:  J & G Developmental School of Hockey

J & G have been working with River East for a number of years and it is a pleasure to have them back for another season.

Location:   Gateway Recreation Center
Dates:        August 22nd to September 7th

Please note: REMHA will be accepting registrations from a limited number of Goaltenders to participate in the latter sessions of the Overspeed, Conditioning and Developmental camps.  The fee for participation will be $25.00 and will include approximatley 4 - 5 hours on ice.

Please contact our Development Director Steven Brennan directly to register as a goaltender.

Over Speed Conditioning Camp

15 to 17 year olds
10 Hours - $160.00

High speed conditioning with focus on drills and conditioning.

Conditioning Camp

9 to 14 year olds
10 Hours - $160.00

Focus on conditioning through the use of intense power skating, basic team and game fundamental drills.

Development Camp

8 years old
6 Hours - $75.00 ($100.00 for Out of Area)

Focus on fundamentals, drills and conditioning.

Body Checking Camp

10 to 12 year olds
5 Hours - $85.00

Focus on conditioning through the use of intense power skating, basic team and game fundamental drills.

All registrants will be emailed or phoned with their 1st ice session.  The remaining schedule will be distributed during the 1st ice session.
