Date: Saturday November 13th
Location: Gateway Recreation Center
Time: 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Schedule:

• 8:00 AM - 8:15 AM - Complementary coffee/refreshments & donuts.
• 8:15 AM - 9:45 AM - Welcome/Developing Skilled Defensemen classroom session.
• 9:45 AM - Coaches prepare for on-ice session.
• 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM - Developing Skilled Defensemen on-ice session.
• 11:45 PM - 12:15 PM – Pizza Lunch paid for by REMHA.
• 12:15 PM - 1:45 PM - Using Goaltenders In Practice classroom session.
• 1:45 PM - Coaches prepare for on-ice session.
• 2:00 PM - 3:30 PM - Using Goaltenders In Practice on-ice session.
• 3:30 PM - Informal gathering with coaches/mentors.

Other Information:

• Attending coaches will receive complimentary refreshments & pizza lunch courtesy of River East Minor Hockey Association.
• Coaches will be required to bring skates, sticks, & helmets for on-ice sessions and pens, paper for classroom sessions.
• Coaches Day was a huge success last year with over 30 coaches attending!  Feedback was positive from all attendees regardless of their coaching experience.
